The GetUp’NGo programs are designed for beginning runners, run/walk and walkers.

These groups meet twice weekly to help you build up your endurance for your planned “goal” race. Our running groups meet on both the North and West sides of the city. Although they are designed for those just starting out, we certainly welcome experienced participants who are in search of a group to train with.

We provide a monthly training schedule and coaches to help lead you through each workout session. Our 2022 season has already kicked off, but we would love to have you join us especially as we train for this year's Flying Pig 5K/10K, Hyde Park Blast/Pray-Hope, and Sophie’s Angel/Queen Bee.  The program costs $40 and is available in Spring, Summer or Fall. It includes a Queen City sportswear item, 15% Store Discount on footwear, Happy Hours and add'l social functions, and much, much more!
